The best of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is noted for its mild flavour and absolute lack of bitterness. While other coffees from around the world have emerged, Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee remains one of the most sought after coffees in the world.

The Coffee Industry Regulations Act allows for five classifications. We only offer 2 types of Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee.

 Blue Mountain No. 1 - 96% of beans must have a screen size of 17/20. No more than 2% of the beans may     have significant defects.
-  Blue Mountain Peaberry - 96% of beans must be peaberry. No more than 2% of the beans may have     significant  defects.

Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee is a globally protected certification mark. Only coffee certified by the Coffee Industry Board of Jamaica can be labelled as Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee. It comes from a recognised growing region in the Blue Mountain region of Jamaica (grown at an altitude of 3,000 to 5,000 ft) and its cultivation is monitored by the Coffee Industry Board of Jamaica. The climate of the region is cool and misty with high rainfall. The soil is rich with excellent drainage. This combination of climate and soil is considered ideal for coffee.

Our coffee is ripened slowly, guaranteeing the full exposure to the famed Blue Mountains conditions. It is then handpicked and carefully pulped each day to ensure freshness. It is then dried, rested and processed following the strictest quality control procedures at every stage so we can be sure that the outstanding characteristics.
